I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. They have been such kind and wonderful with me. Great scheduling and doesn't have long waits for appointments. Ms. Marjan was great explaining me all the procedures needed. Roberto was amazing, I came with my daughter and they make her feel like comfortable, he gives her cookies and a orange. Such a great experience!!

I had a very bad tooth and couldn’t get anyone to help me. Aspen dental helped me and Aspen dental was AMAZING!!! I am also NOT very good when it comes to the dentist due to years of horrible torture through orthodontist and dentist BUT Aspen made me so comfortable. And even though I was scared they were patient and kind and not to mention AMAZING when it came down to my VERY bad, infected tooth. It was stuck and wouldn’t come out but the dentist that did my work was WONDERFUL. She made sure I didn’t feel ANYTHING, and kept asking me if I was comfortable even while she was tugging and pulling a very stubborn tooth. Her assistant she had that day was THE BEST too!!!! She was so kind and very very good at her job JUST like the dentist. These 2 woman are DEFINITELY in the RIGHT career!!!! Also, the front desk employees were so helpful and try to do anything to help you get the best price possible. I will definitely be back to Aspen Dental and I’m sure the service will be just as AMAZING as they were this time. Thank you so much Aspen Dental for saving me from the massive pain I was in and helping me when no one else would. You are an office of angels!!!

Awful place with low level professionals. I suffered so much there. The policy of Aspen Dental is wrong. They get the money before they offer the service. It is a criminal action. That is violation of my rights. I am waiting for my bridge 4 months. Their anesthesia is cheap with side effects. On the fourth month they realized the measurements are wrong. They were giving me wrong information. They just didn't care about my health, my life. It is for sure I will resolve that problem with a lawyer.

I’ve been going to Aspen Dental since I moved to OC in 2021. I’ve scheduled 2 yearly cleanings since then (6 in total) and have successfully only attended 2 appointments. Every time I have an appointment, they call day of to ask me to reschedule it for another time. If the time doesn’t work, then you gotta schedule out months in advance again. I asked the lady this morning politely to remove me from their system because I’m tired of having to reschedule this cleaning all the time and she hung up the phone. Please work on your scheduling and ensuring that your staff is available to attend the appointments they book MONTHS prior.

We had two visits to this location this week, first for an assessment and later for a tooth pulling. Roberto was an absolute pleasure and helped with our frustrating experience, without his help I was worried we would miss our slotted time and require us to miss even more work than we already were. he was overly kind and patient with us and for that we are extremely grateful. Due to the nature of our visit we required some medicine to be prescribed for our followup appointment to take place. After multiple calls and quite frankly rude service from one staff member in particular our prescription was finally submitted after end of day leaving less than 2 hours to pickup before the pharmacy closed as our apt was first thing the following morning. At 930 am the day prior we called to inform them we would need the prescription, which was checked up on 2 other times and hadn't been handled until after 5pm. To no fault of the office the pharmacy only had the generic version but was unable to give us that since they couldn't get confirmation from the doctor as the office had closed. If this were prioritized and taken care of earlier in the day this would have been easy to address as it could have been resubmitted as the generic. But it was past end of day. Cut to the day of procedure and we have no medication, couldn't get a phone call picked up and had to drive to the store to have this addressed so that we could scramble last minute to a pharmacy that opened 1 hour prior to our appointment when all others opened when our app was scheduled. Roberto made sure that we were tended to, he understood the urgency of the problem and got us taken care of just in time for things to work out. It was stressful yet he prioritized us and made us feel seen and valued. The operating doctor was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, she made it clear there were no judgements and that even she herself has had work done and talked about the patient side of her experience with dentists. Overall I feel the office side of things is a bit understaffed. But most of the employees we dealt with were friendly, sympathetic, and knowledgeable.

This was my first time visit which was an emergency for a broken tooth. Roberto greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in even though he was on the phone. I have walked into plenty of entities and not even been greeted with as much as an eye contact upon entering the establishment and they were doing nothing. My appointment started right on time. Dr Marjon is the doctor who did my consult. Let me first start by saying how beautiful she is. Her attention and attitude was a certain match. She was thorough and I like the way that I did not feel rushed. At the end of my appointment I was met by the office manager Miss Andreas. Again, was met with smile and made the entire process of payment and financing effortless. This is my first time leaving a review for any company so that says a lot. Everyone was so pleasant and it wasn't just one person it was every single person in the office. Kudos to Aspen Dental, everyone is doing an amazing job.

Good care but take forever. My x rays and gum check took 1.5 hours after they got me back in a room. I left before talking with office staff about a follow up appointment because it was taking to long. They did reach out and call me and I set up for a cleaning. Hopefully they are better with time management next time. 10/31 Today I am here for a dental cleaning. I decided to give them a second chance. It’s 25 mins past my scheduled appointment time and people who got here we’ll after me are being called back. I feel like this office tends to over book and doesn’t respect people’s time. I need cavities filled but I think I may find another office to book with .
